About the Builder

Matthew Pawley is the owner of Blueprint Construction. His attention to detail shows in each project with a fully thought out product. His background includes a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, commercial HVAC, electrical engineering and thorough hands on knowledge of building all contribute to help his clients rest assured each project will be completed to exceed their satisfaction. Having grown up in Louisville, he understands the local market and trends to make sure everything is to not only satisfy his own expectations of perfection and satisfaction but also his clients. He has enjoyed helping many clients with their remodel projects and from scratch new construction ventures.

Matthew enjoys his free time with his wife and four children who live in Crestwood.
